Rules and Regulations , the objects of the Trust are added as follows.
- To visit and held the poor and needy like widow , orphans, prisoner sick, schedule tribes And downtrodden materially.
- To conduct poor-feeding and to give food , clothing and cash grants to the poor and to Afford relief to people to distress and affected by earth quake , flood , famine , fire pestilence And other causes and to grant donations for support of the intimates of the orphaneges , rescue houses and similar institutions and societies.
- To apply for all kinds of grants through Tamil nadu state social welfare Board and central Social welfare Board , and other organizations to promote the objexts of the trust.
- To work in co-ordination with any other Trust or institution having similar aims and objects and to ad , assist them in any manner.
- To establish , maintain , run , improve , develop child welfare Centres , Palwadies , Nursery schools, schools , Cvolleges , Polytechnics, Medical and Engibneering Colleges and Private Universities including Hotels , Research Associations and institutions with out any motive for profit .
- To open establish , promote, set-up , maintain , assist , aid or help in the setting up and maintaining and running of hospitals , charitable dispensaries , maternity homes , for rendering or providing relief and / or aid to the suffering humanities .
- To carry out such other activities which are conductive or incidental to for achieving the aforesaid objectives without profit motive.
- Conducting cancer awareness programme , conducting AIDS awareness programme , Arranging Ambulance for the Pregnancy.
- To apply for all kinds of grants through Tamil nadu state social welfare Boardd and Central social welfare Board and other organizations to promote the objects of the trust.
- To wrk co-ordination with any other Trust or institution having similar aims and objects and to aid , assists them in any number.
- To establish , promote , set up , run , maintain assists to widow home maintaining and funning of orphaneges , old and destitues without any discrimination of caste, colour or Creed.
- The Human rights, child rights , women rights will be preserved through the promotion of awareness generation camps.
- To provide mini health centres for remote and rural communities.
- To conduct conferences seminars , workshops , Training , studies with respect to the overall development of men, women and youths .
- To create awareness to people about causes of alcohol , Tobacco, Drugs and organize the rople against alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs abuse.
CONSTITUTIONS:
1. Mr.J.THAHIR shall be known as Managing Trustee. Any vancy arising in the number of the Trustees by or of Managing Trustee by reasons of death, retirement or for other valid reasons shall be filled by the Board of Trustees by Majority and if the Board is equally divided, the Managing Trustee will have the costing vote . The Chairman of the Board meeting shall be Managing Trustee or in his absence the oldest person at the meeting.
2. The trustees may at any time invite and receive or without such invitation receive any voluntary contribution from the Trustee or from any other person or persons, or organiozations in or out of INDIA , by way of donations, legally or otherwise . All such contribution shall be trated as forming part of the corpus of the Trust funds.
3. The trustees shall not be entitiled to any remuneraton and shall work in honorary capacity they shall however entitiled to receive the out of pocket expenses incurred by them in the course of discharging their duties.
